Dr. Yasuhiro Yasutomi won the 12th San-Ai-Prize, on 6 October 2017!

Rakuno Gakuen alumni association commends the San-Ai prize for graduates done splendid work.

Dr. Yasutomi studied the aids virus in Harvard University after graduation with Ph.D. course in Rakuno Gakuen University School of Veterinary Medicine. He worked as an associate professor at Harvard University, then he has been a professor at Mie University School of medicine and a chairman at Tsukuba Primate Research Center, National Institutes of Biomedical Innovation, Health and Nutrition (NIBIOHN). He gives outstanding achievements in the field of infectious disease and immunology, and contributes to the health promotion of human and animal, based on One Health concept.
